First Night Dreaming on Pacific Garden Mall 

In Santa Cruz on December 31st, thousands gather on Pacific Garden Mall to celebrate. We have dancing and jugglers, singing and costumes, food, drink and general merriment. At midnight at the clock tower, a laser light show marks the countdown to the New Year. This takes place near the San Lorenzo River. You can smell the ocean.
